Petition Guidelines

Please read this outline before downloading and circulating petitions.

All Petitions printed must be double-sided and printed on standard letter size paper (8.5x11).
All Petitions must be printed double sided, with the same orientation of the page on both sides (The print should have the same header on both sides).
Petitions can only be circulated by registered voters of the candidate listed on the petitions (Registered Democrats can only circulate for Democrats and Republicans can only circulate for Republicans).
Petitions can only be signed by registered voters of the party you are circulating for (There are two races that allow candidates to file petitions for both parties- in this case the circulator and signers must match the party of the petition)
All petitions must be returned to Montgomery County Voter Services, signed by the circulator, by Monday, March 9th.
